- Heat oil in a frying pan.
- In a bowl, whisk egg and water.
- In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan and herbs. Season well.
- Flatten Albany D’light Cinnamon and Popcorn Bread slices with a rolling pin. Cut off crusts.
- Spoon minced meat onto bread and place cheese slices on top. Roll to form sausage shape. Dip into egg mixture and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Deep-fry for 4–5 minutes until golden.
- Serve immediately.
