Gingerbread Petit Fours

  1. Boil the honey in a tall saucepan for bout 2 minutes. It will froth and rise.
  2. Take it off the heat and leave to cool for a minute.
  3. Then stir in the other ingredients except the cloves.
  4. Using a silicone ice cube tray in your favourite shape pour the honey mixture into the tray and allow to cool overnight. Make sure to spray the tray with spray and cook well before hand.
  5. Turn out and decorate with whole cloves and edible flowers.
