- Lightly grease giant muffin tin(6 hole). Preheat the oven to 180C.
- In a bowl mix together the cinamon, sugar and cream cheese utnil smooth and combined.
- Using a rolling pin roll out each slice of bread until flat.
- Spread each slice with cream cheese mixture.
- For each “bun” take 3 slices and layer them overlapping half of each slice.
- Slice lengthways, then roll the one piece together.
- This has formed the cente of your bun.
- Pleace this at the top of your remaining bread and roll up.
- Your bun should look like a rose.
- Place each rose bun into the muffin tray and bake for 20 – 30 minutes or until lightly golden.
For the icing:
- Mix the icing suagr with a few teaspoons of water utnil you have a thick smooth icing.
- Spread onto the tops of your buns and decorate with chopped dried apricots.
